Superfast tomato soup
Print recipeTinned tomatoes are the perfect ingredient for an easy last-minute soup. It’s very convenient to keep some in the cupboard for quick dinner solutions. This simple soup recipe is much more nutritious than any additive loaded supermarket version.
Especially cooked tomatoes contain high amounts of the powerful component lycopene, a superstar of food substances, responsible for the bright red tomato colour. Lycopene can boost immunity and can protect eyes and skin. The added garlic can act as a natural antibiotic and can help against colds and bacterial infections.
