Fourteen-day withdrawal period
For an online book purchase, you may withdraw without giving a reason within fourteen days after receipt. For separate deliveries in one order, the period begins after receipt of the last item. For digital content, the period begins when the contract is concluded.
You may also send a clear declaration by email. Include your name and identify the purchase. You do not have to use the model form. It is sufficient to send the declaration within the period.

Returns and refunds
After your declaration, you have fourteen days to return the book. You may examine it as you would in a shop. Use beyond what is needed to assess the product may result in a deduction for diminished value.
You pay the direct return costs if this was disclosed before purchase. Your statutory rights in case of a fault remain.
For a full withdrawal, we refund the purchase price and the offered standard delivery cost within fourteen days after your declaration. We may wait until the product is returned or you provide proof of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds use the same payment method unless you agree to a different method without a fee.
Digital downloads
Immediate delivery starts only if you expressly request it in advance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal when performance begins. This is included in your order confirmation. Without the required consent and confirmation, your statutory right remains. Your statutory rights for faulty content always remain.
